This was a last minute booking and based on previous reviews, I honestly was not sure what to expect. I wanted something close to the beach/boardwalk, but did not want to spend a fortune on a room that we were just going to sleep in. I forewarned my teenage daughters that I did not know what we were getting, but that my feeling was that you go in with positive attitude. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was small, but CLEAN. The staff was always pleasant. They spoke to us every time we came and went (very often!) and were very nice. Parking lot is tight quarters, so it may not be suitable if you have a large vehicle but otherwise I did not have any problems with parking.
