  • Rates are subject to change without notice and Do Not apply to Holidays and Special Events
  • All room rates are for Double Occupancy. $20.00 fee for each additional person in room. Small children under 6 are Free (No Cots)
  • Guests of the Wellington Hotel must be 25 years of age and older and must possess a valid photo ID. 
  • No Refunds for early checkouts or Inclement Weather
  • No Refunds for June reservations
  • A valid ID and Credit Card used with reservation is required at Check-In or reservation will be canceled
  • Confirmation of all reservations will not be given unless Deposits are received
  • Reservation will be held until 9:00 pm on day of arrival (Call if arriving late)
  • Must call 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to cancel your reservation. All cancelled reservations will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Within 5 days of your scheduled arrival date, your advance deposit will also be forfeited.
  • A 3 night minimum may be required on some weekends and holidays
  • A $200 Cash Security Deposit may be required for guests 30 years and under at check-in
  • Personal Checks will not be accepted at Check-In. At Check-In VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and CASH are only forms of payment
  • Check-In time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 9:00 pm, please contact us to make arrangements for your arrival
  • Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM
  • The Wellington Hotel is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. Guests found smoking in rooms may be asked to leave with NO REFUND and a $200.00 cleaning fee may be charged to the room
  • One Parking Permit will be given to each room. NO oversized vehicles, boats, trailers, or RVs permitted
  • No Pets are permitted on property at any time
  • No Subletting
